The name of the Association is The Ethiopia Scout Association, hereafter called the Association. The function of the Association, the authority, and the responsibility shall be governed by a body known as the National Scout council. This body is called the council. The Council elects a body called The National Board of the council, or simply the BOARD. The day to day management of the association shall be carried out by the executive committee under the leadership of The Chief Commissioner elected by the National Council. This body is known as: the Exco.
